The Path of the Warrior

On Path One, the focus was on healing. Deep and powerful archetypes were used in 13 areas of your life, shadows were revealed, powerful emotions coursed through and a deep soul cleansing happened.

Now is the time for stepping even deeper into your power, for picking up your unique medicine and moving it outward in the embodiment of the Spiritual Warrior.

The length for this year of study is the same as the first 13 months, but the structure is completely different for this spin of the wheel, and the prerequisite for this course is Path One, Path of the Healer.

In our time together, will begin with a deeper understanding and way of using our bundles, based on the work done in the first year and spiralling out from there.

You will receive her own custom created and hand-sewn Wheel of the Elements for use within the studies that Nikiah has created specifically for use with the First Year bundles.

We will deepen into a triune of archetypal work once again, but this time the focus will be deeper and more specific. Working with the wheel, you will dive deep into Elemental work, Plant Spirit Medicine, Earth Spirit Medicine and Ancestral work.

Paired with 3 sets of archetypes, along with each of the directions on the wheel of life, you will take a closer look into where you sit in that archetype within your family of origin, their chosen family and your community.

In this process, you will discover your gifts of destiny and they will begin to pick up your own unique medicine power. Having this deeper understanding of self is an important step on the priestess path, for it allows you to rise above what they see in front of yourself and view your life situations as the visionary.

You will also continue working deeply with your ancestral lineage, discovering where healing may need to begin, and beginning the process of clearing on behalf of your ancestors.

Working with our first Ancestors, the Elements

Priestess-Path-Ether

We begin our time working with the element of Fire.
This means that we begin in the home at our our hearth fires, how we see our homes and ourselves within them, our view of abundance or lack there of and moving out into the world how we see and treat others.
We dive in to look at our feelings on abundance and self esteem, while we work with the archetype of the healer.

In this direction, the focus will be on creating a strong home life for ourselves, regardless of if we are single or partnered. In this time, we will dive into our ancestral lineage, looking to the home front and our family of origin for answers to who we are and how we can clear the way for ourselves. We will also look at how we view our home and the spirits of place...

We next move into the element of Water.
We begin our work here with with the great song, our creativity, the creation of ceremony and our sexuality and Priestesses.

In this direction, we begin the creation of medicine tools, and you will have the chance to craft a sacred Red Drum and/or Rattle. We will also be focusing on our own creative offerings and how they are our gifts to share, and the gifts that our ancestors passed down to us, that are waiting for us to pick-up.
Sexuality and womb wisdom are a part of the creative force that we as women and priestesses need to have a strong understanding of, so that we can begin to move from a place of deep intuition and healthy boundaries.

Now we move into our time with the Element of Air.
The direction of battles and shadows, with the archetype of the Warrior. In this direction, we face our woundings and battles head on, seeking the wisdom and gifts they offer us as we move out into the world to share our own unique medicine.
Here is where we begin to work with our ancestors, which can become shadows that affect our lives if not honoured and cleared. This task is part of healing and warriorship.
As we come to understand the gifts our ancestors gave us and work with them we also can begin to learn forgiveness through our family lines and heal on behalf of our ancestral lineages.
This is powerful work and one that the warrior is ready for!

Lastly we ground ourselves with the element of Earth.

The direction of wisdom and vision, with the archetype of the Visionary.
In this direction, our focus is on ourselves as the visionary, picking up our strengths and stepping into our own personal places of power. Here we work with the idea of wisdom and mentorship, exploring how to be a good mentor, and holding space as a spiritual mentor for others. This is the direction of deep rootedness and grounding. It is also the direction where we explore our voices and how to bring our unique gifts out and into the world. We work with the bones of the earth and begin the process of becoming staff holders.

We end our time together in our Thirteenth month in the centre working with Ether.

In the centre we stand in our own unique sovereignty and the spiral of the divine feminine that we reside in as priestesses.
Each of the four directions and elements that holds us has lead us here, to the centre of the pathway and to the great unknown.
In the centre of the wheel we were given the opportunity to deepen our connection to our deepest selves and the challenge to rise up and meet those selves with grace rather then fear.

Looking Deeper into Path Two

Working around the sacred Wheel of Life, as inspired by the the book The Celtic way of Seeing.
In this way importance is placed on the elements rather than the directions themselves, and women are not expected to change their orientation to the wheel as they understand it.
We will begin to work our way around the Celtic spiral, taking a deep dive into our first ancestors, the elements.
In each direction, we will work in a triune: with 3 plant medicines, 3 crystals, and an element for a period of 3 months {or weeks}, each serving to support us in our sacred work. We will also work with aspects of a goddess for each direction.

In each direction women deeply explore:
Our Ancestors and Family of Origin. Looking at where we come, where our parents come from and how we can heal ourselves with this knowledge.

Picking up your own unique gifts. During this year, we will focus on what your unique gifts are, and how you can work to bring them into the world, so that you are walking firmly on your own unique spiritual pathway and no one else's. We explore the energetics of money and how we relate to it in our lives and businesses, our family of origin and how they affect how we see the world and relate to it as priestesses, and our ancestral lineage in how they bring us both gifts and curses that can be undone.

We will work with the creation of sacred tools, understanding their use and how to care for them. Women who do not currently have a red drum will have the opportunity to make one in this course, for the wholesale cost of the supplies only, and will have the opportunity to take the women's online Red Drum Workshop as a part of this segment.
For women who already have a drum, rattle making will also be offered. Those who wish to have both a rattle and a drum may do so. This portion of the lessons will include information on why rattles and drums were important to the priestesses of old, and why we still use them today.

We will begin a daily practice of working with the elements. Each element will be worked with intensely for a period of 3 months, offering a deeper insight into how the elements affect us in our days and lives. Ceremony and altar work will also be a part of the elemental work.
We will also work with:
Plant Spirit Medicine: diving into and using 13 herbal allies for healing and nourishment.
Earth Spirit Medicine: learning about and using 13 crystals and stones as a part of an elemental practice.
Holding energy and emitting power: learning and understanding how actions, words and energy can affect those around us, and beginning to hold power in stronger and more responsible ways - this includes using the power of intuition and using the "old squinty eye" as a way of seeing the world around us.
Creating ceremonies: the creation of ceremonies, both for ourselves and for others, is an important aspect of stepping into our unique destiny path. Equally so is the ability to create our own ceremonies without the need to lean on others' creations, from books or from rote. When we have a strong foundation for ceremony creation, those participating can feel it as it holds more strength, and this is because we are calling on our gifts and strengths and not the ones of others.
