Empower yourself through sacred ancestral healing work.
Building on our last session together we will dive into specific ancestral lineage healing.
Working again within a safe and held container we will be moving slowly, as we begin to understand some of our ancestors' stories and navigate feelings of grief.
In this session we welcome Guest Teacher Monique Wilson to the table to help us work in an embodied and somatic way to process any feelings of grief that may be coming up for us so that we are grounded and embodied.
We will be starting to create a solid practice of honoring our ancestors in this session as well as working with grief and forgiveness.
It will be potent, deep and potentially life changing for you and your entire family.
Monique is joining us to lead our Yule/Winter solstice ceremony gathering. She is Haudenosaunee, Nehiyaw, Irish and French.
In her words: My Ancestors came from Khanawake, settled around Jasper House and married Cree women.
Monique has been working in the healing world for well over 20 years in various healing modalities from hypnotherapy to traditional spirit doctoring and has been trained in traditional core shamanic techniques as well as in hostice work and somatics. It is an honor for us to have her join us.
Hello. I'm Nikiah Seeds.
My ancestors made their way here to Canada via Romania, England, Ireland and Scotland three generations ago, and it is a gift to have lived on both ceded and unceded Indigenous lands.
My calling lays in deep shadow work, and the liminal space between this world and the spirit world.
My goal is to support those who are called to walk into these spaces with me, and who are committed to healing, ancestral work and exploring this rich and diverse world of ours.
